Erick is a seasoned business leader and former United States Marine Corps Infantry Leader with more than 15 years in executive management, international sales, logistics, security operations, and risk management. He served during the Global War on Terror — where the discipline, accountability, and mission-focused mindset that define the firm were forged.
As Founder and CEO, Erick is the single point of accountability behind every engagement. He has managed large teams and multimillion-dollar operations across diverse industries, and directs the firm's master strategy — corporate structuring, government liaison, international trade, and risk assessment — for entrepreneurs, investors, and families establishing themselves in Panama.

Chief Financial Officer
Jennifer Gómez Vazquez
Jennifer is a Financial Accountant and SAP Consultant with over nine years in finance, cost accounting, budgeting, and financial planning for multinational corporations. Her expertise spans SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, Tagetik, forecasting, financial consolidation, and ERP implementation — translating complex financial data into decisions that protect and grow capital.
Her background includes consulting for ASW Group Panama, a major Latin American distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, and leading budgeting and cost-management programs at Regal Springs Mexico, one of the world's largest tilapia producers and exporters. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting and governs the firm's fixed-fee discipline: no hidden fees, no billing surprises, and client capital active from day one.

Director of Security
Shane McNamara
Shane directs the firm's executive protection and risk practice. A former U.S. Air Force Presidential K9 handler at Joint Base Andrews, he secured the Air Force One flightline and coordinated with the U.S. Secret Service across multiple presidential administrations.
He brings more than a decade in security operations and government contracting — including a $2.3M U.S. DoD-funded national security capability program in the Pacific — to residential vulnerability audits, secure transport, neighborhood risk profiling, and the 24/7 protection details available in the firm's upper tiers.
